Single-channel pipettes
The various pipette models from Gilson - in particular PIPETMAN®, PIPETMAN® L and MyPIPETMAN® Select - differ not only in their technical functions, but also in their ergonomics, particularly in terms of shape and weight. While the classic PIPETMAN is already known for its precision and durability, the newer models have been specifically designed with ergonomics in mind.
The color coding of the heads (caps) of Gilson pipettes serves as a quick visual identification of the volume range. This colour coding is internationally standardized and helps to work more efficiently in the laboratory - especially when several pipettes are in use or are changed frequently.
