The TLV-PD series autoclaves are specially designed for sterilizing glass, porous solids, and objects with complex geometries. Of course. This is actually one of the key distinguishing features of our Top Line autoclaves. Compliance with regulations is divided into two areas: on the one hand, the controller can be customized, and on the other hand, cloud-based connectivity is available.
Depending on customer requirements, we offer private solutions in which data is stored locally to ensure maximum privacy, or storage on our servers. Activating the FDA functions ensures that all logging, digital signatures, data backups, and other compliance-related functions are enabled in every case.
In addition, we can offer our customers a service for qualifying FDA/GMP compliance at both the controller and server levels.
On the one hand, there are all non-digital control functions, such as the integrated printer for issuing paper tickets, the external printer for labels, and the barcode reader. In terms of digital data storage, the TLV series offers a wide range of options for managing and archiving records. These include storage directly in the controller, on a local server, within a local LIMS network, or in the cloud.
