ELPRO monitoring solutions at VITARIS

Written by Patrik Betschon • Published on February 26, 2026

Our entire sales and service team has completed intensive product training on ELPRO monitoring systems. The aim was to gain detailed knowledge of the cloud-based elproCLOUD solutions and the ECOLOG-PRO device generation and to learn how to use them in practice.

The focus was on elproCLOUD. The cloud-based solution monitors temperature and humidity wirelessly in real time. The IoT sensors transmit data via NB IoT or LTE M. Each device has a display and stores up to 31,000 measured values. The battery life is up to 14 months. Typical applications are refrigerators, freezers, ULT freezers, incubators, and cryotanks.

Why ELPRO?

ELPRO has been developing monitoring solutions for regulated environments for over 40 years. More than 90 percent of its customers come from the pharmaceutical industry. The company employs over 230 people at 8 locations worldwide. The systems are designed for GxP environments and meet requirements such as GMP and 21 CFR Part 11. You get a solution that passes audits and is used worldwide.

Your advantages through our cooperation with ELPRO

You receive a validated complete solution comprising hardware, software, calibration, and service. Audit trail and data security are integrated. You increase your audit security and reduce the effort involved in inspections.

You monitor critical equipment in real time. If deviations occur, defined individuals receive an immediate alert. You intervene before products are damaged. This reduces the risk of loss and protects your batches.

They replace manual temperature logs with automatic reports and digital documentation. This saves time in quality management and creates transparency across all measuring points.

You plan with clear costs. The software license per measuring point is included in the first year. You receive a scalable solution without complex IT infrastructure.

What VITARIS offers you

We don't just supply the system, we support you throughout the entire process. Each sales representative has their own ECOLOG-PRO 1TGe device with active cloud access. We demonstrate the solution directly at your site. You can see live how a sensor is integrated, how alarm limits are defined, and how reports are created.

If you are looking for a monitoring system for incubatorsincubators, freezers or ULT freezers or planning a new purchase, we will work with you to review your regulatory and operational requirements. You will receive a clear assessment of whether and how ELPRO can fully meet these requirements.

Contact your local sales representative. We will show you the solution in operation and answer your specific questions.
