Modern technology & maximum reliability

The TLV series autoclaves feature state-of-the-art sterilization technology to enable advanced sterilization in industrial and research environments in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology industries. The TLV-PD series autoclaves with super-drying system are specifically designed for sterilizing glass, porous solids, and objects with complex geometries. The TLV-FA series, on the other hand, features a pressure-assisted rapid cooling system that enables faster and safer sterilization of liquids. The TLV-DUAL series combines the advantages of both technologies in a single system, offering maximum flexibility.

In addition to their modern design, the devices are equipped with the most advanced connectivity on the market and comply with the latest advances in electronic recording and data control to operate in FDA, GMP, and GLP environments. RAYPA's certifications include: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP Annex 11, ISO 14001:2015, CE marking and RoHS, ISO certifications, and various standards for the construction of pressure vessels.

For decades, Raypa's Classic Line has been synonymous with reliable, precise, and sustainable sterilization in everyday laboratory use. Its design is geared toward durability down to the last detail—robust pressure chambers, high-quality materials, and engineering expertise that has been proven through years of practical experience.

Easy handling & guaranteed product protection

TERRA Food-Tech® autoclaves offer a precise and safe solution for the thermal treatment of products. They pasteurize or sterilize exactly according to the defined F₀ and P₀ values, thus ensuring maximum process accuracy. Rapid cooling by means of a water shower prevents the product from overcooking, thereby optimally preserving its quality, texture, and color. The programmable back pressure value enables gentle treatment of pressure-sensitive products and can be individually adjusted to the respective container type.

In addition, the integrated software enables seamless management and documentation of the entire process—from start to finish—for maximum traceability and documentation security. The system is complemented by outstanding safety measures that comprehensively protect both the user and the product, ensuring maximum ease of use and safety. TERRA Food-Tech® certifications include ISO 9001:2015, CE marking, RoHS, and various standards for the construction of pressure vessels.
