These Terra Food Tech® autoclaves are specially designed to cook, sterilize, and pasteurize packaged foods. A core temperature probe is attached to a product sample. This allows the entire process to be precisely controlled while preserving the organoleptic properties and minimizing any changes to the nutritional characteristics of the end product.
